SARIT General Assembly — March 15, 2012

Dear Colleagues,

As decided in our last administrative assembly, we are pleased to invite you to our General Assembly on 15 March 2012 starting at 12h15 at the main building of the University of Bern, room HS 331 at Hochschulstrasse 4, 3012 Bern.

Agenda

The meeting will be divided into two parts: the first one the SARIT Administrative Assembly with the following agenda:

  1. Registration of voting rights
  2. Acceptance of the minutes of the annual administrative assembly of 21 Nov 2011
  3. News and varia
  4. Discussion of the new statutes
  5. Voting of the new statutes
  6. Closing of SARIT Admin Assembly

The second part should be the conference of the new association (if the new statutes are accepted) and has the following agenda:

  1. Registration of voting rights
  2. Election of the new board
  3. New president takes over chair
  4. Vote on name of the new association
  5. Program 2012
  6. Time and date of next conference
  7. Varia
